4. The one who stays silent when China oppresses our PCG, AFP, and Filipino fishermen — no condemnation, no voice, and no statement of support.
5. The one who opposes the transparency initiative or the public disclosure of incidents, because they don’t want the people to know the truth about what’s happening in the West Philippine Sea.
6. The one who is close to the Chinese government, but seems to distance themselves from countries that stand for international law.
7. The one who questions our very position on the West Philippine Sea and says we should just hand over the Kalayaan Island Group.
8. The one who says we shouldn’t demonize China, even though we all know they’re the ones trampling on our rights in the WPS.
9. The one who says the 2016 Arbitral Award is “just a piece of paper” that should be thrown in the trash.
10. The one who spreads false information about the West Philippine Sea to deceive and frighten our fellow citizens.
11. The one who uses the WPS for a political campaign, and once they win, fails to fulfill their promise to fight for it.
