She clarified that while the Department of Justice (DOJ) is currently reviewing the findings, the decision to pursue legal action on behalf of the Philippines does not lie solely within the DOJ’s jurisdiction. Instead, it involves an interagency process that requires coordination and consensus among various government agencies.
