The donning and oath-taking ceremony was spearheaded by the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐆𝐢𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢 𝐙. 𝐋𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐳, together 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭, 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐆𝐢𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐧.
Following his promotion, Rear Admiral Tarriela expressed gratitude to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., Secretary Lopez, and Admiral Gavan for their continued trust and support.
