Amid ongoing criticisms over his stance on the issue, he reaffirmed the Philippinesโ€™ commitment to international law and the ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” ๐š๐ซ๐›๐ข๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ , stressing the countryโ€™s sovereign rights in the ๐–๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐’๐ž๐š. He emphasized that the Philippines โ€œwill continue to uphold the 2016 Award, exercise its sovereign rights, and maintain transparency so the world can see the facts on the waterโ€”not propaganda.โ€
