This month, the PCG proudly joins in celebrating the 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 (𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐨), as declared under Presidential Proclamation No. 316, series of 2017. This annual observance reminds us of our unity as an archipelago and our shared responsibility to safeguard the seas that connect, protect, and sustain our nation.
Guided by the theme “𝐍𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐧, 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐠 𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧,” let us strengthen our awareness and commitment to the maritime domain. Together, we honor our identity as a maritime nation and take action to ensure that our oceans remain safe, secure, and sustainable for every Filipino, today and for the generations to come.
