According to the latest OCTA Research Survey, 𝐒𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐲-𝐬𝐢𝐱 (76) 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬 support the national government’s effort in 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲’𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐚.
In its first quarter of 2026 𝐓𝐮𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐲, the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐍𝐂𝐑) registered the highest support at 83% followed by 𝐋𝐮𝐳𝐨𝐧 at 77%. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐨 recorded 75%, while the 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐬 reported 68%.
The survey was conducted from March 19 to 25 via face‑to‑face interviews with 1,200 respondents aged 18 and above nationwide.
