The two leaders emphasized that informed public discourse is crucial to protecting the countryโs maritime rights and countering misleading narratives surrounding the ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐.
RADM Tarriela also discussed the government’s Transparency Initiative, which documents and publicizes encounters and developments in the West Philippine Sea, during his lecture last August 10.
