The agency emphasized that while freedom of expression is protected, it does not extend to threats, intimidation, or acts that incite violence.
In a statement, the DFA also reassured the diplomatic community that the Philippine government takes seriously its duty ๐๐ผ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ถ๐ด๐ป ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฝ๐น๐ผ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐ in the country, in accordance with its domestic laws and international obligations.
