The program’s focal point was an inspirational address by ๐๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง ๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐, Philippine Coast Guardโs Spokesperson for the West Philippine Sea. Rear Admiral Tarriela,who has been a prominent figure in the countryโs maritime transparency efforts, urged students to see their community service as a building block for national security. He emphasized that the youth’s role in nation-building extends to defending the countryโs sovereignty and countering misinformation on critical national issues.
The culmination rites conclude a year of hands-on community projects, reinforcing University of St. La Salle Bacolod reputation as a leading institution for civic engagement in Negros Occidental.
