During the lecture, ๐๐๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ณ๐๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐จ๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ’ ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐, stressing that the Philippines’ maritime rights are firmly anchored in international law and that the ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ’๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ฑ๐ญ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ง, noting that the battle is also being fought in the information space.
